Scott Girard
Founder of Girard Immigration Law LLC
Mr. Girard has advanced knowledge and experience in removal defense and immigration litigation. He also has experience with family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, naturalization, and business immigration cases. Mr. Girard previously managed the law firm of HSD Immigration LLC, also in Lenexa, KS. Previously, he managed his own firm, Law Offices of Scott A. Girard. Before that, he worked at the nationally renowned immigration litigation firm, Sharma-Crawford Attorneys at Law, in Kansas City, MO, for four years defending and advocating for his clients at the Kansas City Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.

Liliana Hernandez-Moreno
Legal Assistant
Liliana joined HSD Immigration, LLC in April 2021 as a paralegal. Originally from Cd. Juarez, Mexico, she is fluent in both Spanish and English. She graduated from Donnelly Community College with an Associate’s in Arts. Before joining HSD Immigration, LLC, Liliana worked for four years at Sharma-Crawford Attorneys at Law, assisting attorneys in removal defense, immigration litigation, family-based immigration, humanitarian relief and naturalization.
Liliana was drawn to immigration law for the opportunity to help families. She loves working in immigration law because there is always something to learn and great personal gratification in helping people achieve their American Dream.
